Project Description

Bola Saliu

Being a part of impact has greatly impacted my life. I moved to Kansas City in order to get my Bachelor’s degree but was faced with financial issues. The Hamms and the Impact community were a Godsend. The Hamms opened up their home and lives to a complete stranger. They fed and took care of me as one of their own. My spiritual growth spiked due to teachings about God’s truth and love and living as an Ambassador of the Kingdom.

All these things wouldn’t have happened if gracious hearts like yours were not willing to give. I may not know you personally, but thank you for your token of love that has blessed myself and our Impact community greatly. May God bless you!

Bola graduated from Rockhurst University in May of 2016. Her first book, a summer devotional titled “Encouragement Today”, was published in July of 2016. Bola moved back home to Nigeria and is raising her family there.
